Documents to look at

What do you actually get at the end? The question comes up in every quotation meeting, and an example answers it faster than a description. Here you will find the checklists for preparation. We send sample documents and the template for informing tenants on request.

Look beforehand instead of asking afterwards

The most expensive question in a sales conversation is: what do I actually get at the end? The sample documents answer it before it is asked.

The video is only loaded from YouTube when you click. No data is transferred before that.

Sample documents

We have a broad pool of sample documents from real projects, anonymised. Request the sample that fits: to look at, for a test import into your system or to check the quality.

Matching the configurator

Anyone choosing a level of detail in the configurator should be able to see what they are choosing. We send model extracts in exactly the levels available there on request. What distinguishes the levels is explained in the knowledge section under LOD 200, 250 and 300.

Checklists

For preparing a survey and a tender. Each list is available as a page to read and as a PDF to tick off.

Tenant information

For surveys in occupied residential buildings, informing the tenants is one of the first practical questions: when will scanning take place, what happens during it, and what explicitly does not happen. We use the same template for this in every larger project and send it to you on request.

  • Tenant information letter, template

To be adapted to your own property. Explains the procedure, timing and data protection in the residents' language.

Frequently asked questions about the documents

Are the sample documents real project results?

Yes, they are extracts from real surveys. References to the property and client names have been removed; the drawing itself is unchanged.

Do I have to fill in a form to get the documents?

No. You download the checklists directly. You request sample documents and the template for informing tenants by email, without a form, and we send them to you.

Are people captured in occupied buildings?

People are not recorded and, where they unavoidably appear in the images, they are removed from the data. This is exactly what the tenant information letter explains as well.
